Anyone who has tried to capture the beauty of Tae Kwon Do in action on film knows how difficult it is. The action is fast-paced, and the moment of full extension in techniques only lasts for a split second. A shutter click a second too early or late misses it entirely. I've found that the best people to take action shots of Tae Kwon Do are either sports photographers or Martial Artists who know the technique themselves.
